(More customer reviews)The plate which connects the holder to the seat rails is too short, so it's very easy to knock the whole thing loose even when you think you have it very tight. It would help if the ends could hook around the rails somehow to prevent twisting. Luckily, a friend of mine came up with a new plate design so that it is very secure now. The bracket is very good quality, but they need to redesign the mounting plate for this to work right.

(More customer reviews)I use this to carry some heavy groceries, and I haven't had any troubles yet. The quality is good, and it's very strong and durable. It's a little dorky looking, but gets the job done. It came with absolutely no instructions, and I called the company and they faxed them to me. It was somewhat tricky to attach to my bike, but that's probably more because of my lack of skills.
I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you're going to carry heavy things.

The Mule Stand Up Paddle Surfboard Carrier / Trailer Review

(More customer reviews)I've used a mule for 2 years to cart my SUP to the beach. It works great and allows you to use a bike to get to the sand and then use the Mule to hand cart the board to the water's edge easily. If parking is a problem near the beach then having one of these in your car with a bike on board allows you to park a mile or more from the water and still lets you transport your board there with relative ease.
Pros-
When it is folded up the mule is COMPACT and as portable as a briefcase.
It easily can fit and STAY in a car trunk or a board bag... pull it out whenever needed.
You can use it on sand and roads, walking or behind a bike.
You can wrap your paddle head in a towel and stuff it in the board sock and cart it to the beach easly with the board.
Cons-
It has to be assembled... a few small parts need to be kept track of.
Straps can tangle with bike if not properly stowed.
It has to be well fitted to your board and adjusted for use on a bike so that the board does not sag and hit the rear bike wheel, for this reason is not the best for a LONG or hilly bike rides to the beach but it will get you there.
One must be careful that the strap that goes on the bike seat does not slip off the side of the seat causing the board to sag onto the rear tire of the bike. Fortunately the mule board cover will protect the board in this event.
In spite of the above inperfections this little gadget it worth the insurance it provides getting you to a crowded beach with your board, without the need for a car or the pain of sore arms!

(More customer reviews)Very straight forward, no frills. One big V-shaped compartment with one smaller outside pocket. I ride my bike to work 2-3 times a week, and one of these panniers carries all I need: my shoes (granted, I wear a women's size 7) my clothes and my breakfast. I carry my wallet, keys, etc in the outside pocket. I've not tested it in the rain, but it's very easy to put on and take off and carry into work. I've used both panniers to carry picnic items, lots of room, doesn't get in the way when I pedal. Great product, great price.

(More customer reviews)The racks seem fine and I didn't have much trouble assembling and installing them, but the slide-on locking covers to prevent theft don't fit. It feels like they're not sliding on far enough for the locks to engage. When I turned the key on the first one after sliding it on, it broke the plastic piece that makes it lockable.
Good racks but don't buy them for the locking feature!

(More customer reviews)I bought it and i just love the way it looks and perform, light weight, easy to install are just some of the great things about this roof rack, the price was very good comparing with other brands and i still have to put a whole bunch of metal and bars that would looks just very out of place for a BMW. Overall the best roof rack i ever bought and considering i like to travel and carry things around this has been by far the most convenient. Enjoy it :)
I almost forgot to mention that you can use it in all of the E46 BMW and some others which makes it more convenient if you sell your car and want to keep it for a future one.

SunLite, Traveler 1, 1678 C.I, Saddle Pannier Bag Review

(More customer reviews)I've used these panniers for 3 years and many miles of touring. They are very durable. Absolutely no problems with the zippers or latches. The saddle concept alleviates any attachment concerns and makes them very simple to install and remove. Being all heavy fabric, they function sort of like a stuff sack. You can get a lot in them. For the money, they can't be beat if you don't have to have waterproof and don't need the space of larger individual panniers. These are about 1600 cu in and I've managed fine by using a stuff sack or two on the rack top for my sleeping pad and bag and extra clothes for winter touring. I also use a couple of matching but smaller bags on the front.
The only con is the buggie cord hooks designed to attach to the bottom of the rack. They're flimsy, or were 3 years ago, and didn't last long. No matter as you don't need them anyway. Just cut them off when you get the bags and save yourself the trouble.

Bag Pannier Waterproof Front Org Pr09 Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased a pair of SunLite's C-Sport Fortress Front Panniers. They're good build quality, but the hardware wouldn't hold the panniers onto the rack. Even with bungee cords, the hooks would let go over pretty small bumps. Obviously, a simple locking hook would solve this problem.
After contacting SunLite's customer service, I was given the run-around. They refused to address the issue, offering only to let me return it to them at my expense. They said they would fix it if it was a warranty issue, but offered no hope that they would address the obvious design flaw. If they saw nothing wrong with it, they would simply return the unusable bags back to me.
I love to give glowing reviews, but I simply can't recommend a company that hides from responsibility like that. I just want to try to save others from wasting their money on a potentially poor purchase from a company that clearly doesn't value service, or their products.

Only issue is bar end caps came off quickly, will try to contact the vendor and will gorilla glue them in place. My fault I should have done that to begin with.

It shall be "Disc Brake Adapter for Racks and Fenders"
Here is a description from Jandd web site:
"These handy adapters will allow you to mount a rack on bikes where you must have clearance from disc brake calipers or other accessories. Simply screw them into the same holes on the dropouts you'd use for rack or fender bolts. They're made from special hardened aluminum stock with a threaded steel insert. Best when only torqued to the same degree as rack bolts. And, don't forget to use your "blue" Loctite for best results. Can be used single sided or double sided. The pegs are about .75" long."

(More customer reviews)This roof rack when mounted and tension set on the clamps, the plastic end cover cracked and broke off while another was cracked. The clamping device does not fit the countour of the vehicle top rails. The second fault was the unbearable resonance noise created when the vehicle was moving with no cargo load on the rack.. One would have to remove the rack each time it was not loaded to dampen the wind resonance.
This product was returned to the supplier for credit... which is pending.

Wish they would include longer hold down bolts. 2 lengths are included, but even with the longets one, I needed to remove or loosen the nut to the end of the bolt or remove the nut altogether for installation. They performed well when I put our dog's knockdown crate on the roof along with some of our luggage for our trip.
