(More customer reviews)These came with no instructions and after more than a month and many tries, I cannot find a way to attach them to the bike rack. These were replacing another earlier set of the same thing, but those came with a sensible set of clips and a wedge to attach them to the bike rack. These have two bent brackets on the top that sit over the top of the rack, and a bungee type strap that would appear to do nothing more than get hung in the spokes. Can't see any way to use the bungee to secure the pannier so it doesn't jump off at the slightest bump.
