(More customer reviews)I haven't used these yet. They are like a big shower cap with an elastic sewn into the edge. The idea, apparently, is to slip them over a pannier and have the elastic pull it together on the back. The elastic is very stiff, so I'm eager to see if it will pull the cover into the perfect position. The material seems tough and it's very well finished.
