(More customer reviews)The mount looks great and works great with the Topeak bags that are designed for it. I bought the side frames also because I got the EXP bag with panniers. The rack mounts pretty fast and easy to your seat post and the frame supports also go on pretty quick. I also put the MTX fender on, which I wasn't sure would go on with the pannier frame. It all integrates perfectly. I am going to post a picture soon. Make sure you put it on tight and realize it is really a commuter rack. If you are using it while hitting rough trails on a mountain bike expect it to shift around some if you have much loaded on it. As for frame selection I chose the A frame and it was an incorrect decision for me and so exchanged it for the V. I was afraid the V frame would sit too close to my tire with the fender on so I opted for a high set up. You should try to mount it low so as not to raise the center of gravity or battle the weight of the filled bag. The reason for the A frame is if your mounting it on a small bike with a low seat with little clearance from seat to tire. The equivalent of a BMX bike. The E frame should work for a lot to play it safe including road and mountain bikes. The V frame will work on quite a few as long as the tire isn't too big. I have a 26" mountain bike tire and it sits a few inches from the tire. Oh if you have a wedge under you seat you can probably keep it on but it is a tight fit. So far I love the look and other than one incident of it shifting have loved the performance.
