(More customer reviews)This is by far the best rack I have purchased. Very easy to load and unload bikes. I have had only 2 mountain bikes on mine and has worked great. I have not used the swing down feature but did try it out and worked fine. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for any easy on and off bike rack.
