pros: very well built and solid. attachment point makes it easy to attach or remove. it has a reflective piece on the back.
cons: not long enough to block rain water. the rubber band to latch things down can only hold so many things or certain sizes. it is probably best to use bungee cords.
Overall, I can't complain. It holds my basketball shoes, a backpack, or other similar sized items.
