(More customer reviews)This was my first experience with rocky mounts and everything was perfect. The rack was easy to install and fit perfectly on my thule bars. I lost a bolt to the quick release (my fault) and customer service sent me a new one free of charge! People need to support more local companies like this, absolutely awesome!
