(More customer reviews)Buyer Beware!!! I bought this to use for bike commuting and shopping because it is waterproof and cheap. Unfortunately, the pannier hooks that fit onto the rack are made of breakable plastic, which, duh! ...breaks. One broke today after 6-8 weeks of use. Can't repair it. Maybe my cat will play with it-- can't think of anything else to do with an un-mountable pannier.
I'll spend more next time for a higher quality waterproof pannier like an Arkel or Ortleib.
