(More customer reviews)This rack is well constructed and the instructions were pretty good. Installation was a breeze requiring about 15 minutes.
On the car, the empty rack doesn't make any noise that we can hear and even with a bike up there the noise is extremely minimal. Locking the bike in place is easy but our vehicle isn't super tall.
We bought the lock cores to go with the rack in order to deter theft of the rack and offer some peace of mind when stopping in restaurants on the way to a ride or back.

I lost a bolt to the quick release (my fault) and customer service sent me a new one free of charge! People need to support more local companies like this, absolutely awesome!
