(More customer reviews)I received two of these for Christmas, and one is big enough that it is able to handle my daily commute. I echo the other reviewer's complaint that the bag doesn't have a shoulder strap of any kind. My only other complaint is also praise: this thing reallyreallyreally wants to stay on the bike rack. I'm still getting the hang of removing it in under 5 minutes. Then again, I'd rather be in that situation than dropping my laptop in traffic.
