(More customer reviews)My wife and I got this bag for a move across country. I have to say, it help up quite well. We don't have any sort of bars or rack on our roof, and the straps held amazingly well. The bag held a ton of stuff. It did create some drag, but for at least $200 less than a hard shell unit, it was worth it.
The only issue was that we got stuck in a very serious heavy rain storm. It did let some water into the bag. Nothing major considering how much it was raining, but some clothes did get wet. I wouldn't recommend putting anything sensitive inside the bag.
