(More customer reviews)just got from Amazon today, it seems a quality rack, but there is NO such a "Integrated spring-loaded clamp helps secure loads ". Let me know if anyone got one with that spring clamp....

I asked Zefal twice about the spring clamp via emails, no repsonse ever. I asked Zefal for the option safty reflector via an email, no repsonse either as usual. BTW, they do not have a phone for their customers to call for some reasons.
