(More customer reviews)Box arrived intact with all the right pieces/sizes. Took me about 10 minutes to put together. I have two mountain bikes both with 26" x 2.0" tires and had no problem finding the right configuration for my tire size, but I can see how this product would not work for some tire widths. There aren't a lot of choices in how wide to made the brackets to hold the tire. If too narrow, you won't be able to get the wheel in. If too wide, the stand becomes unstable and you risk the stand tipping over with your bike in it. It works fine so far, but I don't know if I completely trust in when only 1 bike is in the stand stability-wise. It's more sturdy when both bikes are in. You have to be smart about how you angle the frame and the loose back tire in relation to the front tire that's in the stand for more stability. Overall, it's OK, but I wouldn't exactly call it impressive. I will note, however, that the stand does not touch my spokes, just the tires, and I have disc brakes and those stay clear of the stand as well.
