(More customer reviews)looks like very good material. It is a very good size. I had a large rear bike basket and it was able to stretch over the entire basket to keep the stuff inside secure. I really Like the fact there are rubber rounded tips at the end of each hook so it is less likely to scratch or snag on something in case the cord bounces backward or you just accidently loose grip.
