I usually go to the gym by bike, and I take in the pack one pair of snickers, one short, one shirt, one towell, cell phone, wallet, etc and it fits well inside.
Its is comfortable and keeps stable even on bump rides.

DAKINE Drafter Pack Review

(More customer reviews)This is by far my favorite water bladder pack. It is a perfect size to fit all your cycling gear and repair tools while out on the trail, plus 3 liters of water. The bladder is amazing, seemingly indestructible and far superior to camelbak bladders. I would recommended this to anyone looking for a mountainbiking water backpack, or even a small day hiking pack.
